Global Product Designer
Shaped the product experience of Scotia Connect, a global business banking platform across Mexico, Colombia, the United States, and Canada. Led a pod of two designers and a Product Owner, designed a File Upload workflow handling up to 5,000 transactions per file that drove $44B+ in first-month cash flow in Colombia, and contributed to the global design system.

Led product design for startup and enterprise clients from discovery through delivery. Standardized UX/UI career levels, redesigned the development process to embed UX into agile delivery, organized the company's first UX Talks event, and mentored two bootcamp cohorts.
