As a Global Product Designer, I led a cross-functional pod of two designers and a Product Owner, working between global UX teams, local business stakeholders, and technology teams to design scalable banking workflows for multiple markets. I translated complex regional requirements into clear user flows, reusable interface patterns, functional prototypes, and implementation-ready documentation.

A set of enterprise banking modules designed to support high-volume payments, localized workflows, and platform-wide communication across multiple markets.
File Upload
Designed a batch-based file upload experience that helps corporate banking users process large volumes of payments through a structured, secure, and scalable workflow.
The module supports file validation, batch status tracking, authorization flows, transaction review, receipts, and reporting for payment operations across Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
